Friendship Day turning into Outing Day
During school days, i celebrated the friendship day with bands and
greeting cards. We prepared a merit list of our friends and shared rank-wise
gifts, cards and bands. Rank-1 received the costliest piece :) :) However we did not know reason behind celebration of the day and enjoyed day as part of crowd.
As I observed, now-a-days, youngsters prefer to go for outing, DJ
nights, party, rain dance etc rather than love and care towards their
friendship. Especially school students have more craze to mark the day with
party and all. But when we comes to college, we do not give so much preference
to the day and even our friend circle get shorten.
Anyway, whatever it is….i just remembered my school days and
Friendship Day celebration with entire classroom. We even tied the band to our
teachers and security guards. The reason behind sharing band with security
guard was to convince him emotionally for class bunk :) :) :) :) :)

Youngsters
adorning their friendship day with tattoo
Youngsters
in Bhopal are flaunting a new trend this friendship day- friends tattoo. While
markets are festooned with bands, cards and gifts, college youngsters are
desperate to dedicate tattoo to their best buddy on first Sunday of August.
“Many
of college youngsters are coming in group to get a common tattoo in their hand
or neck as friendship symbol. Few students also demanded to have sketch of
their best buddy on arm,” said Swapnil, tattoo artist. “Tattoos are great in
bringing friends together and they are symbol of love you wear on your skin,”
added Swapnil. He said that making matching ink has become a fully-fledge
fashion among youngsters these days. Harish, a 19 years old engineering
student, is getting tattoo of his best buddy Dipesh. “I spend my most of the
time with Dipesh. We share our secrets, bunk classes, watch movies and helps
each other during exams, assignments and even on trips. So I want to surprise
him with symbol our friendship on my arms,” stated Harish.
Meanwhile
markets are displaying wide range of gift items, friendship bands, attractive
cards and decorative bands. “The demand of Chinese and metallic friendship band
is still in demand. We have friendship bands ranges from Rs 10 to 4,000
available at our shop,” said Mukesh, a gift shop owner at 10 no market. He
further informed that apart from band, youngsters are also demanding for coffee
mug, cushion, t-shirt with their friend’s photo.

PK is just for fun, not for criticism
Recently, read much in news paper and watched on
news channels that people especially Hindu organisation and so called Babas of
our society are criticizing “PK” Indian satirical comedy drama film directed by
Rajkumar Hirani, produced by Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra. People also moaned Amir Khan and even FIR was
lodge against him. However our Hindu organisations forget that Amir Khan is
just an actor by profession and he has acted as per direction given by the film
unit. He has neither written the script nor the dialogues.
Now come to my opinion about the movie: If you
watch the movie as general public who purchase movie ticket for enjoying 2-3
hours of his stressful life, you are going to enjoy the more. If you watch the
movie as a critic, sure you are going to point out several controversies and
argument. Moreover, Raj Kumar Hirani has produced the movie just for entertainment
and earning huge profit. And he did so. There is no need to poke the scenes,
script, dialogue etc of the movie. If people queued at cinema halls and
multiplex for getting ticket of the film, it does not mean that they are
supporting the controversies. They just
want to have some fun and entertainment.
